Change of mind returns
TMF accepts change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in unused, unlit, and original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and unlit
- the item must be in its original packaging
- the item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale
For hygiene and safety reasons, handled or lit candles cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or damaged items
TMF complies with Australian Consumer Law, and takes many measures to protect the products for shipping.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact TMF within 7 days of delivery, including:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
TMF will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Items not eligible for return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:
- candles that have been handled or lit
- items damaged due to misuse or incorrect care
- sale items
How to request a return
To request a return, please contact TMF via the contact page.
Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Items should not be sent back without prior contact, as returns may not be accepted without approval.
If a change-of-mind return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch. If your return is approved, TMF will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item, or arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, TMF will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Exchanges
TMF does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
