Processing time
Please allow 2–8 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
TMF is a small business based in rural South Australia. Orders are packed and dispatched with care, and trips to the post office are made 1–2 times per week.
During busy periods or making cycles, processing times may be at the longer end of this range. You will be notified if your order is delayed beyond this timeframe.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the postal service selected at checkout. As a guide:
- Metropolitan areas may receive orders sooner
- Regional and rural locations may experience longer transit times
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays outside of TMF’s control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Rural & remote delivery
TMF operates from a regional area, and deliveries to rural or remote locations may take longer than standard metropolitan delivery times. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
TMF is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier (Australia Post).
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need assistance, you’re welcome to get in touch and TMF will do its best to help where possible.
Damaged items
