This kit is for people who struggle with beginning. Instead of relying on motivation, each candle acts as a simple visual and sensory cue to help you start a task.

How It Works
Each scent is paired with a mental state:

  • Orange → to start when you feel resistance
  • Lemon → to clear mental clutter for clarity
  • Peppermint → to lift energy and find momentum
  • Pine → to slow down and stay with the task
